HTM Complete operates the Farm in One application (https://farminone.com.au/). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the Application.

User Device Location

The Farm in One application may request access to your device GPS location.

  • staff management
  • safety and security
  • operational reporting

When using the mobile application (via the App Store or Play Store), background location tracking may be enabled. This allows the application to report device location even when the app is not actively in use.

Location data visibility is restricted as follows:

  • Location data is only shared with authorised users such as administrators and farm managers
  • Location is only visible when the device is within defined farm boundaries
  • When outside these boundaries, location data is not shared or visible to other users

Cookies

Cookies are files with small amounts of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser and stored on your device.

We use cookies to:

  • collect information
  • improve user experience
  • enhance application functionality
